ADIDAS: ‘LOW WASTE PRODUCTION’ SWIMWEAR
Adidas made a concerted effort to produce quality performance products with minimum waste in pieces of their 2014 swimwear collection. ECONYL® cutting-edge fibers were chosen to produce these eco-friendly swimsuits for athletes who are looking for ways to reduce the impact on the planet.
The company estimate the sale of more than 750,000 swimsuits made from recycled materials by the end of 2014.
Loka Swimwear is a Canadian/Australian eco-conscious company owned by female surfers, yoginis, and fisherwomen.
