Adidas is working with Parley to turn ocean plastic pollution into high performance sportswear, including suits.

“Water and Air, the two essential fluids on which all life defends, have become global garbage cans” – Jacques Cousteau.

More than 12 million tons of plastic rubbish makes it to the world’s oceans every year, according to official research figures.

The suits are made from Parley Ocean Plastic and featuring up-cycled ocean plastic made from those used fishing nets and debris intercepted in coastal areas and converted into technical yarn fibres such as Econyl®, a recycled Polyamide yarn.
