Expanding upon their sustainable mandate, Active by WANT LES ESSENTIELS will be making its debut — a new adaptable range for modern explorers. These new silhouettes are made entirely of ECONYL®; a recycled nylon that is fabricated using rescued ocean and landfill waste, such as fishing nets, fabric scraps and industrial nylons. Sporting an innovative rip-stop construction that provides reinforcement against wear and tear, these new styles are equipped with technical hardware and multi-functional design codes that allow them to be modular, convertible and interchangeable.

As a study in function and purpose, they continue their vision for genderless and universal pieces. Under the direction of Creative Director Christine Charlebois, with utility and focused design codes at their core, silhouettes are refined through a modern lens. The pursuit for adaptability leads us to several new styles, including the Kutako – a utilitarian belt bag. Equipped with a zippered pocket and canvas loops that can be customized with up to three accompanying compartments.

A new category for WANT Les Essentiels, the partnership with Larose Paris hats arises as a collaboration to introduce three essential silhouettes within the ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon range. The unisex hat capsule is manufactured by expert artisans in France and is fabricated from ECONYL® — making them durable and packable.
