The founder of BLISS BOHEME is Florencia Nistal, an Italian-Argentine designer living in Sydney.

She studied Fashion Design in Buenos Aires University and worked in a big fashion company back there. Her interest in the fashion industry was inspired by her Italian grandfather who was born in Asolo, Italy and moved to Argentina when he was young to work for an Italian family owned mill company.

Once she moved into Sydney, the urge of making her own brand with her own ethics and vision was growing inside her. She found a small workshop in Bali which has become her ally the last three years and they started offering ethical production services in Bali to small Australian start-ups. After realising the beautiful quality of sewing and eye for a detail the team has, she felt ready to launch Bliss Boheme two years ago.

In her third collection, she will have 60% of the collection with recycled fabric made with ECONYL® regenerated nylon and the aim of her fourth collection is to be 100% recycled.

On the way, she has been adding other sustainable resources as compostable shipping mailers and recycled paper tags and reusable hand-made packaging.

Above all, the production of the swimmers is 100% ethically made.
