Dos Gardenias: Setting Trends, Not Following Them

In 2017, Dorothy Day and Brighdie Grounds, two free-spirited friends for over 20 years, launched Dos Gardenias, a luxury swimwear brand for strong, adventurous women who dress to celebrate their shape and personality without a conscience.

With bikini tops that double as activewear to one pieces that double as bodysuits, there’s nowhere Dos Gardenias can’t go.

Founders Dorothy and Brighdie want the Dos Gardenias brand to constantly evolve for the better. In their pursuit of reducing their carbon footprint, they’ve implemented earth-conscious fabrics, development processes, and packaging materials. As a result, the 2020 collections and beyond are more sustainable than ever.

It is their pledge to continue to explore innovative solutions in efforts to further reduce environmental impact.

Dos Gardenias is not just a swimwear brand- they seek to empower women and create awareness of our imprint on the world through knowledge, action, and philanthropy.

By combining their resources with aligned charitable incentives, they’re blazing a path for progress with organizations such as Waves For Water, Charity: Water, Glam4Good, Earth Day Network, Agua Libre, and Love The Sea.

 

The Dos Gardenias flagship store opened its doors in Malibu, CA in July 2019. Stores in Maui and Sayulita, Mexico opened this Spring 2021, officially making Dos Gardenias international. With plans to venture into sustainable resort wear (coming this Fall), lingerie, and a Dos Gardenias fragrance, the horizon is bright as the Dos Gardenias evolution continues.
